1. By entering this competition you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  2. The contest is open to entry and mid-level artists between the ages of 18 and 35 years old.
  3. The content entered should be the original work of the submitting artist/s.
  4. The Content submitted should address the advertised theme of the respective month
  5. All submissions are to be in English and content containing profanities will be disqualified.
  6. This competition is open to artists resident in the following countries: Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Proof will be requested.
  1. All videos should be submitted using our Submit Page or via our Facebook Page.
  2. Submissions should not exceed a running time of 2 minutes (120 seconds).
  3. Only 1 entry per artist/collective per month will be accepted.
  1. In consideration of an Entrant’s video being reviewed and evaluated for this contest, the organisers have exclusive rights to use, copy, sublicense, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, publish, delete, or display any such submission, or any portion thereof, in any and all media including but not limited to all forms of internet, television, and wireless protocol.
  2. Each Entrant authorises the contest organisers and any entities affiliated with the contest to utilise the video submitted to the contest, for eternity and for how they see fit, in connection with the contest and any of the contest’s programs, including any programs of its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and licensees, and to make derivative works from such materials at the sole discretion of the contest organisers.
  3. The top three monthly winners will be required to complete and execute additional documents and have third parties execute the contest’s documents in connection with the rights granted to the contest organisers as a condition of prize acceptance. In addition, by participating in the Contest and submitting a Video, each Entrant hereby grants permission (except where prohibited by law) for the contest organisers to use Entrant’s Video, name, likeness, voice, quotes, comments, biographical information, photograph and/or image for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further notice, permission, compensation or consideration in any and all media now known, in perpetuity, unless prohibited by law.
  4. EQUITABLE RELIEF
    Each Entrant understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the Sponsor does not have now or in the future any duty or liability, direct or indirect, contributory, or otherwise, in regards to the infringement of protection of the copyright in and to the submission.Each Entrant acknowledges that, with respect to any claim by Entrant relating to or arising out of the contests’s actual or alleged exploitation or use of any Submission or other material submitted in connection with the Contest, the damage, if any, thereby caused to the applicable Entrant will not be irreparable or otherwise sufficient to entitle such Entrant to seek injunctive or other equitable relief or in any way enjoin the production, distribution, exhibition or other exploitation of the Video or any other production based on or allegedly based on the Submission, and the Entrant’s rights and remedies in any such event shall be strictly limited to the right to recover damages, if any, in an action at law
  1. Winners will be selected using an online voting system (public vote) with the top 3 highest votes being the winners.
  2. Should there be a tie, an additional 24hr voting window will be applied to differentiate winners.
  3. Winners will be contacted not later than the third day of the next month.
  4. The first prize winner will receive the equivalent of €150 via electronic transfer in the official currency of the country in which the winner resides (Malawi, Zambia or Zimbabwe only)
  5. The second prize winner will receive the equivalent of €100 via electronic transfer in the official currency of the country in which the winner resides (Malawi, Zambia or Zimbabwe only)
  6. The third prize winner will receive the equivalent of €75 via electronic transfer in the official currency of the country in which the winner resides (Malawi, Zambia or Zimbabwe only)
  7. A winner cannot assign or transfer any prize to another person.

  Judges decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
